Which rounds can I practise?
Introduction / Warm up covers behaviour and culture-fit questions, Technical / Expert covers domain knowledge and problem-solving, and Salary Negotiation covers pay and benefits. Warm up is set to Beginner, Technical to Advanced and Salary Negotiation to Intermediate.
How many questions can I set?
In Straightforward mode, the recommended one, you pick from the AI’s questions or add your own, up to 10, and the evaluation comes at the end. Interactive mode asks 5 and evaluates each answer before the next, so it takes longer.
Which languages can I answer in?
English, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Polish or Swedish. You also pick one of three interviewer voices: warm and professional, calm and analytical, or energetic and encouraging.
Is my interview recorded?
Yes. Each answer is recorded as a video, and the report shows your recording, your answer as text and notes on focus, distractions and possible cheating. If you joined Talenlio through a college’s or an employer’s link, that organisation can open your reports, recordings included.
