See the skill first. Then open the résumé.

Set timed skills and coding assessments. Review applicants by score, rule breaks and stage. Placement cells run campus hiring drives too.

From job post to hire. Four steps, one workspace.

One role, as your team sees it.

  1. Post the role

Give a title, salary and location, and AI drafts an editable description. Add questions, hiring rounds and scorecards.

  2. Set the assessment

Multiple choice, coding in Java, Python, C++ or JavaScript, or both. Build it from a file, a topic or by hand, set the time and rule-break limit, and assign it to applicants.

  3. Review by evidence

Filter applicants by matching score, assessment score and rule breaks. Open a result to read their answers and code.

  4. Decide and keep the record

Shortlist, hire or mark not suitable, alone or in bulk. Notices, comments, stage and round changes stay on each applicant’s timeline.

Sample: a fictional employer, role and applicants.

Rule breaks are recorded. You see when each happened.

In the browser, proctoring logs rule breaks on the attempt with their times, and copy and paste are switched off. You set the limit, and an attempt that reaches it submits on its own.

  • Tab Switch

They switched tabs or minimised the window.

  • Left Window

    The test window lost focus.

  • Exited Fullscreen

    They left fullscreen.

Proctoring uses no camera and no microphone.

Same rules for everyone. Results when you publish.

Everyone taking an assessment gets the same time and limit, and sees their result only when you publish it. In the browser, rule breaks before the limit bring a warning with the count left.

Questions teams ask first

Can we sign up ourselves?

Not on the website. Organisation accounts are set up by our team, and it starts with the form below.

What can a skills assessment test?

An assessment, called a challenge in the app, can hold multiple-choice questions, coding problems, or both. While you build it, each coding problem is checked against a reference solution and its test cases before you can move on.

Do candidates need a Talenlio account?

Yes. Assessments you assign and Easy Apply run in Talenlio’s candidate app, where candidates sign in to their own account, by email or with Google. Taking an assessment needs no Talenlio plan.

Who checks what the AI writes?

You do. AI drafts job descriptions and assessment questions for you to edit before you publish. AI-built forms are active as soon as they are created, and open in the builder for you to change.

Does it connect to our ATS?

No. There is no ATS or calendar connection, and no SAML single sign-on. Reports and applicant data export to CSV with the columns you choose, and a public job post has its own link to share.
