Questions about Résumé score
What does the free report show?
An overall score and four sub-scores: ATS Compatibility, Content Quality, Design & Formatting and Recruiter Appeal. Then the fixes to make first, each with an issue and a suggestion, and notes for every section, from your summary to formatting and certifications.
Does my score matter when I apply in the app?
Yes, on roles you apply to through Talenlio’s own application steps. They check your résumé’s score against a minimum score of 60, unless the employer sets another. Below it, you can’t send that application until your score rises. The report shows scores from 80 in green.
Can I make a version for one job?
Yes. In the résumé editor, you can make a copy tailored to one job, for a job you choose or a description you paste. Each tailored copy is a separate résumé in your library.
Which languages can Talenlio write my résumé in?
When you sign up with your email, the setup lets you pick English, Spanish, German, French, Swedish, Hindi, Marathi, Tamil or Telugu. The free check itself has no language setting. In the editor, Translate turns an English résumé into Spanish, German, French or Swedish.
